These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl96b ("jl96b," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl96b online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jl96b.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jl96b, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on jl96b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

jl96b reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or termination.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the jl96b Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

When registering your jl96b account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jl96b immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results directly from jl96b's negligence.

jl96b implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your account is fully activated or before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

jl96b supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• jl96b does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match your jl96b account details.
• jl96b reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that originate from unverified or mismatched payment sources.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC procedures before processing.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
• jl96b reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

jl96b offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified jl96b account holders only. Players with multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• jl96b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

All games available on the jl96b Platform — including live casino games, slots, sports betting markets, bingo, Golden Bank, and Crazy 777 — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer procedures, as applicable. jl96b does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl96b reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. jl96b reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by jl96b at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl96b Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jl96b employees to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, payment fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system used by jl96b.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial exploitation or resale of gaming services.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jl96b account.

jl96b is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl96b.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl96b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors.

jl96b's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl96b reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements as described in Section 2.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your jl96b account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jl96b operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl96b reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jl96b Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
